Objective:
Initially, Capitol National Bank (CNB) sought a social media campaign to increase audience engagement and foster a sense of community. Upon assessing their brand assets, it became clear that foundational brand development was necessary to establish a consistent voice, tone, and messaging strategy. The objective shifted to identifying brand values, conducting a SWOT analysis, developing mega-themes and key messages, and providing strategic recommendations for social media implementation.
Research Approach:
To gather insights, we conducted in-depth interviews with CNB employees and leadership at all levels. These interviews provided a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s strengths, challenges, and unique positioning within the market.
